I finished my thesis defense today and also signed an offer. Sharing my interview experience, hoping for some points!

My background is in electron microscopy. The Lam position I interviewed for is FIB/STEM Electron Microscopist, titled Process Engineering 3. This position has three shifts: morning, afternoon, and evening. I ultimately got the morning shift I wanted (although the afternoon and evening shifts have extra bonuses).
