I applied to many companies, and Skyworks replied. They have many RF internships, but there's no HR contact. We scheduled a time, and the first round was a direct technical interview with the engineer/manager. It started with a normal introduction and some promises, and since I thought internship interviews would mainly focus on past experience, I only made sure my resume wouldn't stump me. But who knew they'd start with three direct attacks: I asked if I wanted to know some details about related projects (I had prepared slides), which was immediately rejected. They then asked me to take a pen and paper and answer about 15 questions. I was a bit stunned at this point, but there was nothing I could do; I had to deal with it anyway.
