With some free time during Thanksgiving, I thought I'd share my job hunting experiences and insights from this semester in the hardware (ASIC, FPGA) field. I'm an ECE master's student at a university in central China. The school itself offers relatively few ASIC-related courses, and it felt somewhat disconnected from the industry.
